Baseball fans will love catching Spring Training games at Spectrum Field, home of the Philadelphia Phillies, located just a short 15 minute WALK from the house. You will love making memories here!

We had a great time at this residence. The weather was perfect for suntans and pool time. Shopping was very close and numerous. Communications with owner were addressed quickly. Overall great rental for a few people and families.

Spacious, television in every room AND by the pool. Typical day to day items all available upon arrival. The smoke detector was letting us know the battery had died when we got there. Swift response from our contact. It was a great location, nice decor, and one bedroom/bath at the end of house for a light sleeper! We had a wonderful time.

In Florida there are bugs. That said, we saw and killed several roaches and palmetto bugs daily. We did report this to the owner and he said he could send traps. The house needs to be sprayed. Otherwise our stay was very nice, the house was nice and we enjoyed the pool very much.

Our pest team did come out and respray the house during your stay and I offered to send traps but never heard back from you after quite a few messages I sent. Just what we needed

This is an amazing property. We were in town for a funeral and the owner was very understanding and accommodating to our situation. Would definitely rent again and enjoy a staycation at the home with family!

Quiet Stay

Great property

This house is great for family vacations! The pool was a big hit. Everything was well kept and check in and check out was so smooth. It’s a little far from attractions and the beach, but we were able to drive everyday.

Great Place

Perfect place for our visit to Clearwater. Clean, convenient, close to many beaches and can walk to the Phillies spring training complex. Host was easily accessible and responsive when needed. Highly recommended.
