The house had great views, spaces and pool. We especially appreciated when arriving late, there were food and drinks essentials prepared. Great communication with host and care-taker. We would most definitely consider this house again.

Quick Trip To Bormes

We were visiting friends in Bormes and they recommended this property. The home is unique and filled with many personal items. Feels like you are in your own home. A lovely pool. Three nice size bedrooms. Comfortable kitchen and living space. We wish we could have spent more time at the house. The location is amazing. So close to restaurants and beaches. A very nice time had by all.

HOLIDAYS Bornes Les MIMOSES

In summary, the house was exactly as in the photos, as positive points the location near Bornes Les Mimoses a wonderful village and a pleasant surprise for us, and close to several supermarkets (I recommend a car as the distances are not long but the house is on a hill quite high and the road can be heavy if you return loaded from the supermarket) the area really quiet and very quiet perfect for a summer break. Wonderful beaches around, maybe the one we liked the least was the local one "Lavandou" but there are countless more around. As a negative point, the extreme heat in the house, I think it would be essential to solve this issue, in the ad says to have air conditioning, but there are two portable devices in the area of the rooms, being portable you have to evacuate the hot air through the balcony which forces you to sleep with the doors open with many mosquitoes and a tremendous noise of the devices, a shame really. The dining area was impracticable due to the intense heat that was accumulated in that area. We also could not use the BBQ as it was forbidden, it would be appreciated to offer an alternative, because with that heat would like to have dinner on the terrace area, perhaps an electric plancha? We greatly appreciate the help of Brigitte, always ready to help. I would also like to comment that the couple that takes care of the house lives in the same house on the lower floor. In brief a wonderful journey.

Très belle maison avec une superbe vue

La villa est magnifique avec une très belle vue sur la mer. La maison contient de nombreux souvenirs et c'est très agréable de découvrir tout cela. Nous avons passé un très bon moment, à noter que la gardienne et son compagnon habitent en-dessous de la maison, ils restent très discrets mais cela peut gêner certaines personnes.

Un cadre magnifique mais trop de manquement par rapport à l'annonce

Une belle maison de l'extérieur, une vue magnifique une belle piscine mais les prestations annoncées ne sont pas à la hauteur : la maison aurait besoin de travaux sur de nombreux éléments ( fenêtres, volets, sécurité de la piscine...) ; la climatisation annoncée est en fait 2 climatiseurs mobiles dans les chambres ce qui rend la maison difficilement vivable par temps de canicule ; la plage est à 30 minutes à pied....la maison est gardée au sous-sol par un couple qui assure l'entretien général et la piscine (pratique sur certains points mais non indiqué dans l'annonce). Vous n'êtes donc pas complètement chez vous. En résumé. Un séjour tout de même très agréable mais un peu gâché par l'absence de climatisation...
