On the ground floor, you will find: An open-plan kitchen/living room, perfect for cooking while staying connected with loved ones. A bedroom with a double bed, ideal for those who prefer to avoid stairs. A modern bathroom and a separate WC. Direct access to a shaded and fully enclosed garden, perfect for sharing moments with family or friends and letting children play safely. Upstairs, three welcoming bedrooms await you. - Bedroom 2: double bed and desk area, ideal for working or studying. - Bedroom 3: double bed with desk for a quiet and functional space. - Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be pushed together to form a large double bed as needed. A toilet is also available on the landing for added convenience. Each space has been designed to combine comfort, functionality, and conviviality, offering a serene and pleasant environment.
