There are a lot of rules in this community, no bikes, I got in trouble at the lake and pool area twice, no one over 18 on the inflatables ( no signs stating this anywhere) I was standing in the water with my grandson and had to move was to close to kayaks ( no signs or ropes marking this area off ) steep walk to pool. The house had a lot of exterior mold on deck and screens.

Maintenance and supply issues

The stove was cracked and only 3 of the burners worked. Notified management but no one ever looked at it. Shower backed up in the tub, again no response from management (we ended up having to repair it ourselves because it was gross). Worst, 2 of the 3 propane tanks were empty, and we were told we could drive to town to fill them ourselves. So we could only use either the outdoor heater, fire table or grill at one time. I likened it to be given one light bulb to be used in 3 separate rooms. Ridiculous. Could have been a great place if responses were different. Neighborhood was great with lots of activities-golf, Pickelball, hiking tails and a gym. Would stay again in a different home.

Just as described

We used the home for a marriage retreat for 5 couples and it was perfect. Just as described. We needed more propane for a grill out and it was delivered just as we asked :). Thank you for a great stay!

Deer Valley Getaway

This home was absolutely lovely inside and out! Beautifully decorated, lots of amenities, spacious, clean, and many places (porches and decking) to enjoy the the magnificent views. Owners were responsive and provided prompt communication. The hot tub was super clean and a nice treat. We had a large family gathering and everyone was so pleased with their rooms and accommodations that we have already begun looking for another occasion to rent this property for a longer period of time! Highly recommend!!
