Inviting 3BR 2BA Home Near JW Marriott & TPC Bulverde

1 story 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with LARGE Fenced backyard. 3 minutes to JW Marriott, 15 minutes to airport, 20 minutes downtown, 25 minutes Fiesta Texas, 30 minutes sea world and San Marcos/tubing.

Pet friendly, and can sleep 6 comfortably, and 10 with air mattresses (not provided).

bedrooms have comfortable memory foam mattress (Layla/tuft n needle), 40”-55” smart TVs and walk-in closets.

Living room and Master has an electric fireplace, comfortable leather sofas and 60” smart tv.
The space
3 bedroom 2 full bathroom with TV, memory Foam mattress, and closests in all rooms. Garage and backyard shed is currently being used as storage and is not accessible.

Full house is all yours. Only garage and backyard shed is not accessible since it is currently being used for storage.

This home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. All three (3) bedrooms are spacious, as is the family room and there is a television in each room. Soap, shampoo, and most other items were provided, which was unexpected and considerate. The backyard was more than adequate for our two small dogs and it seemed as though previous visitors also cleaned up after pets, which we appreciated. We would definitely book with this owner again, expecting the same type of clean and comfortable property and great communication throughout the stay.
