Comfortable, relaxing and close to Asheville

Wonderful charming house. The place has everything you need for a short or long stay. The host is friendly and helpful. Really close to both West and Downtown Asheville.Highly recommend

Family Spring Break

Our stay was great here. It had all the amenities we needed for our family and was conveniently located to many of Asheville's best attractions. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The only downside is that it is on a fairly busy road with some traffic noise.

Clean and plenty of room

The property was clean and had plenty of room for the two of us. It was very convenient for us with the proximity it was to the park. There are lots of stores and great restaurants close by also. The host provided a lot of necessities also; coffee, creamer, toilet paper and paper towels. It was a great stay for us.

Beautiful home, has everything!

This home is new and clean and was absolutely stocked! It had everything you would need. Even had birthday candles which I forgot to pack! Loved this property.

Family get together

This home provided the perfect place for my family to com together to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UNCA. The kitchen was stocked perfectly. The fenced backyard was just what my mom’s little dog needed.

Very nice home

Clean, lots of room, nice backyard, and great communication from the host. Only drawback was there was no easy place to walk the dog - its at the intersection of 2 roads (one very busy) with no sidewalks. Great stay though!

Beautiful West Asheville home

Beautiful, new, well-maintained home close to everything that Asheville has to offer. Owner and property manager were very pleasant and accommodating. Were quick and responsive to all questions. The house is located on a busy road, however, this is not a problem if you are out and about during the day. Not an issue at night. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful house

We stayed here for a few nights at the tail end of our trip. The house is beautiful and immaculate. It had everything we needed, including a fenced in backyard which was essential for our dog, with the road being so busy. The beds were super comfy. The little porch area off the kitchen is very nice. The home is 3 stories, so there are a lot of stairs, which was no problem for us, but might deter someone with small children or people with limited mobility. The only issue we had was with the living room furniture. The sofa was missing it’s legs, (supposedly due to previous tenants), so we were basically sitting on the floor, which made it difficult to get comfortable and unwind at the end of the day. We will still give a 5 star review, as I’m sure that will be corrected for the next tenants. Location to downtown Asheville was good. Lots of dining options nearby, and delivery options as well. Very good communication with hosts as well.
