Both theme parks, Sea World and Fiesta Texas are within a 10-15 min drive. Popular attractions in the downtown area such as the Alamo, Riverwalk and the Pearl are only 8-12 min away. If you're in town for a concert
or a sports event the AT&T center is roughly 15 min away
