This place is an amazing deal for being 5-15 minutes from everything in Louisville. Read the listing. This house is a bit different. The bedrooms are next door in an adjoining space. Lots of steps to get around the property. Street parking is free in front of the house. More than enough space for the three of us.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay! It was close to town so convenient clean with lots of outdoor space to relax and have a game night. Owner was easy to reach and helpful with local suggestions. Beds were very comfy! Would stay there again in a minute!

Debra sorry for that experience. The front door must have been unlocked for that to happen. There is also a chain lock that can be locked from the insides, a "double check lock." Both locks had to be unlocked for the door to be wide open. The back door likewise has a lock that you lock when you need it locked. The back door had to be left unlocked also to be wide open. I know you had 3 children, could they have left the doors open?

Great host, great location, great property

We stayed for a week of bourbon tours. The location was perfect and the house was perfect for relaxing after our busy days on the bourbon trail. Annie is a great host and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property for any sort of visit to Louisville.
