Enjoy a serene experience at this centrally-located private bed and bathroom. 5 minute walk to downtown Fremont and Fremont Troll. Scenic views close by. Safe, clean, friendly. Great restaurants. Walking, hiking, biking, and free street parking in front of our home. Fully fenced yard and park nearby for our furry friends.

Enjoy the completely private bedroom with en suite bathroom and fully fenced yard to yourselves. You will have keys to get into the door. This serene bedroom comes fully stocked with anything you could ever need to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. These include:
- Reading Nook
- Fully stocked library with games and books
- Central heating and heated floors
- Fully fenced private yard
- Smart speaker for music and smart lights for dimming and hue change
- Office space and of course, wifi
- Plush, clean sheets and linens
- Rainfall shower + wand and large basin bath tub
- Private entrance and self check-in
Situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood next to a small park and elementary school. This is a lovely and lively place to go walk around or go for your morning jog. There is street parking next to the house and is so close to many attractions Seattle has to offer in walking distance alone! Get to know the neighborhood:

- 5 min walk to one of the best food and art districts in Seattle, Downtown Fremont
