This was a comfy, clean, and secure stay for our night in Seattle to attend a concert. The drive into downtown was quick and easy. Watch out for students and family traffic at the beginning and end of the school day, being across the street from a HS. Parking in front may be a challenge, but this is a densely populated area so it should be expected. Would consider again if/when in the area.

Clean and convenient!

Once I had the check-in instructions it easy super clear and easy! The place was as pictured and very clean. And honestly a great deal for the price! Will stay here again when in Seattle.

Clean & chill microstudio

Very clean, some basic bathroom and kitchen amenities provided. Has a little stovestop, mini-fridge, and microwave.Bed is memory foam, very comfy. Thermostat was a little unpredictable and you can hear the neighbors fairly easily through the walls. Host was very quick to respind to inquiries and the stay was very pleasant overall!!

Besides cooking on site

Good coffee and breakfast places a block north on 70th Street. Was able to walk to friends' place a bit further west. Salmon Park across 15th is a nice respite from the heat and noise. Express "D" bus gets you downtown quickly.Hardest part: too many communications from VRBO that required sign-ins/sign-ups. Had to sift through a lot. And all those images of DL and credit card and selfie -- a pain!

Cute spot, walkable

This was a cozy spot near all our favorite Ballard haunts. Everything you could need was in the space and Vince was very communicative. Note - when you book, it will send you a third party invite to check in. Be aware there will be other procedures outside the VRBO website. Otherwise, I recommend this spot!

Ballard rental

Lovely room with Everything a couple needs. Very safe and comfortable accommodation. Excellent communication with manager. Reasonably priced I would highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Seattle/Ballard area!
