7 of us were in Fairbanks for the International Senior Games. This house worked great for us, plenty of room and very convenient location.

Location was great. Close to grocery stores, Costco, and Walmart. Getting supplies was very easy. Half way between the North Pole and gold panning. Two of the main attractions we wanted to see.
The house was clean and we had everything we needed.
Had an enjoyable trip. Thanks.
This is quite a nice, clean and comfortable property and it is very close to the local Fred Meyer and other stores, as well as some cafes etc. Another benefit is that, at this time at least, we were able to use the garage, which we have found to be unusual with VRBO rentals. This was our first trip to Fairbanks and we were pleased to find that nothing was much more than 10 minutes from this house, even though the house is over on the East side of the city. The only negative comment that I would make is that the neighborhood was somewhat mixed, with a couple of older properties on the street that were in need of some TLC but generally a well maintained neighborhood, especially in the newer part where this rental house is. I think this is probably typical for Fairbanks though, from what we saw in our short trip.
We were visiting Alaska for the Iditarod, but decided to visit Fairbanks for a few days first then ride the Alaska Train
To Anchorage. This property was conveniently located
In a quiet neighborhood near our fav breakfast restaurant, Cookie Jar. We took naps and went out to look for the lights which we saw both nights. The second night was the best.
The rental met our needs quite well. All bedrooms were upstairs with 2 1/2 baths. It was quiet, beds comfortable and there was also a garage which we used. It was minus 31 the morning we left😃.
The owner was very responsive and helpful.
We would stay there again if we get to return.
Thanks,
Beth
