Unbeatable location just 1 block from the iconic Green Parrot Bar and 2 blocks from world famous Duval Street. Blue Heaven, Hemingway House and Willie T’s are all just a few hundred feet from the front door, and you’d never know it because the house is on a private and super quiet one-block, dead-end lane. Fort Zach Taylor beach and State Park are quick bike ride away.
Inside has 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a primary ensuite bedroom. Each bedroom has dressers and closets with plenty of hangers. Huge, fully stocked kitchen with everything you'll need for making everything from margaritas to a nice dinner at home, with updated appliances, custom tile work and awesome one of a kind countertops.
Enjoy morning coffee on the covered front porch, and then head to the backyard which has a deck and a large swim spa, large enough for eight adults, perfect for socializing and stargazing. *Please note, the canopy covering the deck has been taken down, but the trees do still provide ample shade*
**Updates 2022-2025: brand new living room furniture (couch and two chairs), brand new Tempur-Pedic and Purple mattresses, upgraded AC units, tons of extra kitchen supplies, and more towels than you'll be able to use**
