Just 1 hour from NYC, and close to Woodbury Commons Outlet, Harriman State Park, local breweries, wineries, and restaurants. A perfect spot for everyone to unwind and explore!

For any child under the age of 12, we will need to have a child safety fence installed around the pool perimeter. Install: $100 Take Down: $100.
During pool season the pool will be heated from 8am-4pm to 78 degrees F. If you would like different settings, it will be an extra charge.

This home is situated off a private road on .70 acre of land. You can feel safe knowing that the police station and fire station are both located just blocks from the house. There is a biking/walking trail and tasty mom & pop ice cream parlor just a few minutes walking distance from the front door. The charming town of Harriman is named for is proximity to Harriman State Park which boasts beautiful varied terrain for hikers, boaters, swimmers, and nature lovers. If nature isn't your thing, Woodbury Commons Outlet Mall is just 2 miles away! LEGOLAND opens back up April 8th, 2022 and is only 20 min from our front door. There are also many amazing wineries, breweries, and restaurants to experience in the area. Some of our favorites are located in the neighboring town of Warwick, NY.
