We loved our time here! The owners have created a beachy getaway in the middle of Edmonton. The thoughtful details and decor make you forget you're in the lower level of a 4-plex. If you’re travelling with an infant, they have a crib and high chair, both in great condition. The ceiling fans in the bedroom made for a comfortable stay during warm weather. Don’t hesitate to book this one!
We had a great stay. Very comfortable and cozy with all the amenities. Please tell us where you got the pillows. They are the best. Well stocked for all you need. Communication was great. Even had cold water in a Brita waiting for us in the fridge. Beds were very comfortable.
We had an amazing atay at this location for our family including an indant and a child. Crib came.in habdy and all of the things you could ever need are provided. Apprwciate the coffee pods, highchair, streaming channels, everything needed to cook. Extremely clean and quiet. Very.close to stores and amenities. I woukd highly recommend this location and would certainly stay again. Host was very good at comminicating and checking in. All around 10 out of 10!
Both bedrooms are very large and bright. There is a lot of natural light for a basement apartment. All areas were very clean and is well maintained. Would stay here again.
The suite it very well decorated, and feels brand new. There is ample parking at the back. The location is very convenient. Linh responded to our questions and concerns almost instantly!
Property very good and exactly as presented in pictures. 6 minutes walk to 004 bus stop for travel to Strathcona stores, cafes, restaurants and Strathcona market or all the way to WEM.
Just a perfect place for us over the holiday. We have a 19-month-old, and the room with the quality crib (not the travel crib you normally find in short-term rentals) served us very well.
We rented this basement unit to attend a wedding. This suite is very well equipped, clean and was a perfect location for us being less than 5 minutes away from where we were staying. Even though it’s in the basement of a 4plex, it has large bright windows. The furniture was comfy and decor modern yet homey. The bed was also super comfy. The hosts were very quick to respond when we had an issue with the ceiling fan remote and had it working within the hour. My only suggestion, which may not be within the control of the owners of this apartment, is the entrance into the building and laundry room need freshening up.
Lovely suite. Impressed with the noise control considering on a major street. Very family friendly. Easy parking behind the building. Grateful for the stay.
Stayed here for 4 nights while my husband was in the U of A Hospital. Very clean, comfortable beds. The best rental we have stayed at. Highly recommend.
Place was super cute and very homey ! doesn’t have a backyard though! overall good experience.

Comfortable and quiet unit. The only thing missing was an air conditioner, but the ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and the tower fan in the living room kept the apartment very comfortable. Linh was a great host, and very conscientious of our comfort during our stay.
The place was very spacious and so tastefully decorated! There is such attention to detail and it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It is also has a well stocked kitchen. Linh responded to any of my questions almost immediately. The location is very central to the places we went to - downtown, the Strathcona Market, and South Common. Very easy access to parking and getting in and out of the building was simple, but secure. This will be my "go to" place to stay in Edmonton!
As advertised and with a decent rate. Unit was exactly as expected. Parking was right at the rear door. Good location both for vehicle and transit use. When the new Mill Woods LRT line is fully operational, this will be a perfect location to access any part of the city without paying downtown prices.
The apartment was just as shown in the photos, spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Lots of little touches, like the color coordinated throws in the living room that were handy for napping,or the Google home mini in each bedroom, made it comfy and convenient. Parking was easy to access and it was an easy drive to great shopping areas. The host communicated clearly and well. We enjoyed the Keurig and the supply of k-cups. One little thing I would suggest would be the addition of a hook on the back of the bathroom door for hanging wet towels.
