This property could not be set up better for someone like you. Each family can have their own house but you are close enough to enjoy outdoor activities and meals together. Now you can go on vacation with your family and friends and enjoy yourself.

Two year-round furnished homes plus two apartments on an acre lot in highly sought-after East Orleans. One home (Beachcomber Cottage) is 4 bedrooms and fronts on Barley Neck Rd. The second home (Nauset Cottage) is 5 bedrooms and fronts on Sea Mist Dr. Total of over 6,600 sq ft of living space, 9 bedrooms, and 8 bathrooms. Both homes have finished basements, outdoor showers, and multiple decks overlooking matured landscaping. Only .1 mile to the Town Landing at Meetinghouse Pond, 1.3 miles to the Village of East Orleans, and less than 2 miles to spectacular Nauset Beach. New heated pool, patio and outdoor kitchen installed for all your outdoor living enjoyment.

** Pool heating is included in stays of 7 nights or more. If you book less than 7 nights the charge for heating the pool is an additional $200. ** This charge has to be manually added to the booking or can be taken care of directly with the owners.
