We have held a retreat here twice and greatly enjoyed both. Feels peaceful but is walking distance to stores, well stocked, welcoming. The management is responsive and excellent too.

Wonderful stay

We hosted a writing retreat for 10 writers and did a lot of writing, cooking, and discussion. The property was excellent for all of that. When we needed a hand once or twice, the managers were incredibly responsive and helpful. We’d return!

Great spot for a celebration of life!

We had a small family gathering to celebrate the life of my Dad who loved the Cape and had lived in Eastham. The main house was perfect for our group of 24 to gather with the cottages providing ample room for my immediate family to spend the night. Having Stop&Shop close by was convenient, and using Andrej from Cape Cod Private Dinners was amazing. The view, the comfort and warmth of the house made for a beautiful day.

Holiday Family Gathering Paradise

We were able to gather at the Captain's Estate over the holiday with ease. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable, be together when wanted and take the space, when needed. It was walkable to a grocery store, liquor store and walking trails. The view was spectacular and the house was well cared for and stocked. We will return again!

Company Friendly

I had a 13 person corporate strategy retreat hosted there. The multiple houses and high speed internet allowed us to meet as a group and have meals together while the separate houses provided enough room for attendees to have private space and breakout discussions. Very prompt and helpful property management team. Would highly recommend!

beautiful location

Eleven women (friends) spent 5 days at this beautiful location mid October. With all 4 houses, there was plenty of room for each of us to have our own bedroom. Everything went as planned, check-in/check-out was easy & we would definitely recommend this location for your next get-together.
