To the Left, you have Full sized bunk beds and a King sleeper to complete your sleeping arrangements. The Kitchen is well equipped with all the modern conveniences (Keurig, Air Fryer, Blender, etc.). A spacious Granite Island overlooks a large Dining Table which seats 6. An additional 4 people can be seated at the Island. The Unit includes a Fireplace, Large covered balcony with sofa and coffee table, Tv's in each bedroom as well as a 55 inch in the Family room. Your guest package includes Cable TV (HBO), Internet, and use of the Community amenities (2 pools, fitness center, gas grills). Just minutes to Pier Park shopping complex, Gulf World, Zoo, World Class Golfing, Water Sports, etc. The resort provides Direct Beach Access including a Beach Front Tiki Bar and a Beach Vendor where Chair and Water activities can be scheduled. We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well maintained, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The host was excellent to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.Unfortunately, our last full day was impacted by Tropical Storm Bertha, and the beaches and pools were closed for safety, so we weren't able to enjoy those amenities. While that was disappointing, it was completely outside of the host's control.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this condo to others looking to stay in Panama City Beach.

July 4th Getaway

Unit was perfect. Great location. No issues at all. Derrick was very prompt with responding to any questions we had. Had great beach view from balcony and windows for the fire works. We enjoyed both pools and had a bqq night on the provided grill. We will definitely be staying here again.

The property was great for our family vacation. There were five of us and there was plenty of room. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and the balcony was also nice and comfortable. The owner was fast to respond to our questions. I emailed Derrick to let him know that we were interested in staying at his condo with my family. He emailed me back each time very quickly whenever I had a question. We stayed for three days. The condo was extremely beautiful when we walked in and it smelled beautifully too! It was extremely well-stocked. Everything was perfect!! Very clean and well decorated! Highly recommend!! We will staying again on our next trip to PCB!

This condo and facility were excellent!The room was very clean and smelled fresh. Derrick was great to work with. He responded quickly either by text or phone call. Although it says 3 bedroom, only 2 were available as the third must be only used by the owner. The bunks are host off the kitchen. We were eight, but had 4 teenage children and four adults so it worked. The teenagers slept on the bunks and on the love sak sofa. Really would accommodate 6 better.

This property is advertised as 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It is not 3 bedrooms. It’s 2, with a set of bunk beds right off of the kitchen. There is clearly a third bedroom that is part of the property, but it is locked and inaccessible for guests. Overall, our stay was great. The property is clean and decorated nicely. The beds are very comfortable, especially after a long day in the sun and sand. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We had a couple problems with the sink during our stay, and he had a plumber out the very next morning. My complaints about this property are very minor and easily fixable. We did not receive any pre-arrival information other than a link to pre-pay for parking with the property. Typically, I’d receive an email with the door code, WiFi information, etc. The owner buzzed us in and then texted me the door code when we arrived, which was fine, but for a couple women traveling with three girls, the whole check-in process felt a little off putting. If I’d had a door code prior to arrival, it would have made our travel party feel a lot better. Likewise, I typically get an email/message from the other at least the day before checkout with the checkout procedure. The checkout checklist for this property are minor, but I didn’t know what the expectations were until 8:30 am on the morning of checkout. Overall, it is a lovely and very clean property on the quiet side of PCB. Would stay here again.
