As you enter this spacious End Unit, to the right is Two Spacious Bedrooms each with Views unobstructed views of the Gulf. To the Left, you have Full sized bunk beds and a King sleeper to complete your sleeping arrangements. The Kitchen is well equipped with all the modern conveniences (Keurig, Air Fryer, Blender, etc.). A spacious Granite Island overlooks a large Dining Table which seats 6. An additional 4 people can be seated at the Island. The Unit includes a Fireplace, Large covered balcony with sofa and coffee table, Tv's in each bedroom as well as a 55 inch in the Family room. Your guest package includes Cable TV (HBO), Internet, and use of the Community amenities (2 pools, fitness center, gas grills). Just minutes to Pier Park shopping complex, Gulf World, Zoo, World Class Golfing, Water Sports, etc. The resort provides Direct Beach Access including a Beach Front Tiki Bar and a Beach Vendor where Chair and Water activities can be scheduled. Use of Beach chairs, umbrellas, a 10x10 tent and ice chest is included with your stay.
