Our 4th Floor Gulf View, Poolside Condo has the best view of the 6,000 square foot Lagoon Pool at High Pointe and the Gulf beyond. Big view of the Gulf over the Pool and Crabby Steves!

I have updated the bathroom pics that were taken by the contractor.

Here is the scope of work for the remodel:

Remove current ceilings and raise them as much as possible which will require also raising the sprinkler heads. The combo tub / shower in the master has been removed and tile shower will be installed. The 2nd bath will also have the tub shower combo removed and a new low profile tub w/ tile and new fixtures installed. They are removing all the old trim and replacing it with a more modern look and a full repaint. A backsplash will be added to the kitchen. Both the laundry closet and the pantry will be revamped.

In addition to all of that we have new linens, beach towels, bar stools, new high end cookware and cooking utensils, coffee maker and are continually adding to that list.

Sip your morning coffee on the balcony as SoWal wakes up and the pool comes to life. Head out to the soft white sands for a morning stroll or pick out your umbrella and chair for the day. As lunch time approaches head up to the condo for a sandwich and relax on the balcony while keeping an eye on the kids enjoying the pool and waterfalls.

As the day heats up take a short walk to the Sugar Shack in Rosemary Beach for an ice cream or a mid day iced coffee. Treat the kids to a toy at GiGi's. Return to your umbrella and enjoy magic hour as the sun glistens on top of the ocean waves. When everyone is ready retreat back to the condo to freshen up for the evening.

Dinner time. Walk to Wild Olives in Rosemary Beach and enjoy a casual dinner with your favorite wine. As sunset time approaches head down to the board walk for a toast to a beautiful SoWal sunset. You have just experienced a day at High Pointe.

Great summer kick off at High Pointe!

Our family had a wonderful time at High Pointe for Memorial Day! It’s a perfect way to kick off the summer together with Crabby Steve’s, the on site pool, and private beach access. We also enjoy being able to walk across the street for ice cream or down the street into Rosemary. This is a very convenient and fun spot. Our host was very easy to communicate with and the unit was exactly as described. It has a truly spectacular view of the pool and ocean.

After our 1st trip in 2002 to High Pointe we were hooked and knew it was the right place for us and our young family. I am a Realtor in Chattanooga, TN where we live and raise our two boys. We have watched the 30A area change over the years and can provide you with great vacation advise. Thank you for viewing our listing.

Why they chose this property

We chose unit 423 at High Pointe because of it's location in the complex, view over the pool and Gulf beyond. My wife's favorite place in our condo is the balcony where she can sip coffee or a cool drink and still keep an eye on the kids as they play in the 6,000 square foot Lagoon Pool. We are also just a short stroll to the beach walkover and steps to Rosemary Beach and all it has to offer. You can literally park your car for days at a time.

What makes this property unique

Another great benefit of unit 423 is the ability to hear and see the lighted, interactive, musical fountain at Seacrest Village from our front door. Kids and adults both enjoy playing in this interactive water feature. We are also ideally located close to the tennis courts and shuffle board court and the kids playground. Just outside of the gated entrance and across 30A is Wild Olives and the Summer Kitchen. Both are awesome choices for casual dining.
