20005 Newry Dr. unit 2- Located in the premier community of the Grande at Canal Pointe. This condo has everything to make your vacation stress free and memorable. This first floor condo is spacious and well maintained. The living and kitchen area is open and airy with access to the deck. There is a primary bedroom and bathroom and an additional two bedrooms and a shared full bathroom.

Canal Pointe is located East of Rt-1, with 2 pools, tennis courts, playground and clubhouse. Enjoy direct access to the Breakwater Junction bike trail and a short bike ride to the Rehoboth beach & boardwalk. You're minutes away from retail shopping & restaurants on Coastal Highway (Rt-1).

Handicap friendly- First floor, one level unit. Grab bars have been installed in the bathroom showers and light switches lowered.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $225.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

This home is pet-friendly, happily accepting your four-legged friends during your vacation for an additional $250 non-refundable pet fee (The landlord is allowing only dogs).

Family vacation

The place was absolutely beautiful. It was around a quiet beautiful area. Nice to walk around in the morning and night. The best part it was dog friendly. It was definitely nice to be able to take your fur babies with you on vacation. We all had a fantastic time and we didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to book our vacation for next year already.

Rehoboth stay

Overall, the visit was great! The location was great and we had the best weather. The parking pass for Rehoboth was great to have as well. The only issue we had was that a week or so before we arrived we were advised of deck construction that was going to start. As the unit was on the first floor and they were working on the deck just above the unit it was very noisy and the staging of the materials and equipment was right outside the unit. That was not pleasant.

Good afternoon: Unfortunately we had no control over the timing of the construction that the HOA/Property Mgmt Company scheduled. We alerted you quickly prior to your arrival that they had scheduled it. The owner of the condo tried his hardest to get the HOA to postpone the construction to no avail. It is unfortunate and we certainly do appreciate your understanding.
