Home is located on a serene inlet off of Rehoboth Bay just mere miles from Rehoboth, Lewes, Dewey beaches, outlets, and all kinds of fun. Steps from the community dock, ideal for fishing, and crabbing. Nature lovers paradise with frequent eagle sightings. Enjoy feasts outside on the deck while enjoying the bay breeze. Open floor plan allows for great interactive family time. Located in a gated community, there are trails and access to the pool and tennis courts.

Melissa's place right by the water was a relaxing place to stay for a long weekend. The community on the whole is very family and pet-friendly. The close proximity to the crabbing dock and path through the woods was great. Owner was very responsive to questions and made everything easy for us. Recommend this home!

The location and amenities checked all the boxes! The view of the water from the deck was beautiful. A dock to launch kayaks for a lovely nature paddle just off the property. Short drive to the beach and great bike trails. Top it off with an evening around the gas firepit. Just perfect! Our host was very helpful and accommdating.

My children and I had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed Crabbing off the dock a lot. Relatively short drive to the beach, Outlets, and boardwalk. House was tidy and was well stocked. Many memories made!

The house was exactly what my family needed for our vacation. My husband and our three teens loved fishing off the dock. I enjoyed sitting on the back deck with coffee every morning looking out at the water. The house was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed. The house is also located in a great area - we took several trips to Rehoboth, Cape Henlopen, and even took a day trip to Assateague Island. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location with waterfront views

We enjoyed staying in this peaceful community. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the beaches and local restaurants. The rented kayaks provided extra entertainment at the house. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, my husband and I kayak off the side of the dock, rod our bikes around the neighborhood. We went to Cape Henlopen State Park which was 20 minutes away rod bikes and Beach enjoyed dinner at Long Neck Dinner.

Hi everyone! My name is Melissa. My co-owner Heather and I are excited to own this great house on the water! Both Heather and I were born and raised in the tri-state area. In my other life, I'm a real estate agent in the ND/DC/VA area. Heather has a fascinating history in Vet Physical Therapy and drumming.

Why they chose this property

Heather and I found this house and fell in love with the tranquil waterfront, all while close to beaches and surrounding beauty. Being steps away from the water, Heather and I love kayaking and paddle boarding and recognized this as an ideal place to launch our gear. We saw a lot of potential in the house and are actively trying to modernize the property for everyone's stay.
