The house is at the end of the impasse "Im Weierle 17". 3 minutes walk to the bakery and food market, bus stop, tourist information and water trek. The property is bordered by a game reserve with deer and deer. The apartment has a large living room with balcony, 1 bedroom with west facing balcony, kitchen and bathroom. Parking place is on the property.
