The room was everything we expected and more! Plenty of dishes and utensils for cooking in the room. It felt like home away from home. We also loved the courtesy beach chairs left by the host for the beach. We look forward to booking here again for our next vacation!

My son and I really enjoyed our stay here!!! The unit was clean and smelled lovely. Communication with Brecken was always smooth. There were lots of things to do, even a small outdoor restaurant with live music. Broadway on the Beach is only like a 20 minute drive.

It was a very nice place to stay. Small bathrooms could use some towel racks or hooks. And the wagon has seem better days Rust fell off as we pulled through the condo. just used it first day didn’t move very well. Our host was excellent very prompt and nice with her responses. Perfect location for our grandsons baseball tournament. May return next year.

The condo was as pictured but the smell was terrible and it had a very wet feel which made everything musty smelling. The kitchen water faucet also was broken and we had to fix. Lots of smokers at the resort so made it impossible to sit on the porch and relax. Just not for us.

Our housekeeping offers a service guaranteeing they will come back and correct anything if contacted in first 24 hours.

This was a perfect stay for us and our two small children. All of the included amenities (cookware, utensils, beach chairs, sand toys, etc) were great quality compared to other places we’ve stayed. If we end up in Myrtle again we will definitely look to see if 331 is available.

Great Place

Great vacation unit!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend with long time friends, and it was great! Very clean and spacious, nicely decorated, and a great location! The only thing was that the 2nd bedroom was 2 twin beds, but it worked out with no problem. We would definitely stay again! The host is excellent with communicating and helping as much as possible!

Nice rental property

We enjoyed our long weekend in Myrtle Beach. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was an easy walk to the beach and the main pool. The location was convenient to stores and restaurants and to our favorite beach and place to hike at Huntington Beach State Park.

One of MBR’s best

Excellent stay

This is our second time renting this condo and we were not disappointed. The condo and property are lovely. Bonus that it has chairs, a beach buggy, umbrella and toys! The property manager is extremely responsive. We will definitely rent again!
