Enjoyed our stay very much and hot tub was perfect for my wife and I. Quiet neighborhood in the middle of town. Bed in master was comfortable, and home was well-appointed in the kitchen and bathroom.Backyard area has plenty of nice seating and firepits and propane heaters for colder nights outside. My wife mentioned this would be a great house for a "girls trip", and we would very much stay here again in the future.
Cute, clean and comfortable. Lot of extra towels was a huge plus. Backyard area had lot of seating and a hot tub which was really nice. Overall it was a great place to stay in Payson.
Had a great experience. It is nestled in the perfect location near great restaurants and fun shopping. It was very quiet and peaceful. Rental was very clean and had some very nice personal touches.
Host was great deal with. Location was near everything. My 7 year old loved the bunk beds. We loved all the backyard amenities and Hottub! We had a great time. Very cozy house, we would highly recommend!
We had a very enjoyable stay. The cottage was easy to find and as soon as we dropped our bags we gathered on the front porch. That evening a male elk appeared in the grass and pines across the street! The next day another male elk and two females were sighted. We walked to Green Valley park each morning. And hiked around “water wheel” and the East Verde River where we found tons of black berries to eat. So peaceful and relaxing. The cottage had everything that we needed and beds were comfortable. We will return again! Thank you!
Cute decor, fun little place, we enjoyed. the hammock, the jacuzzi amd corn hole (even with one broken leg) :) The ceilings are low, so my 6 ft 4 husband did some ducking in doorways. It had everything we needed. Would have liked to have had some info on things to do in the area , we had no idea how close we were to a lot of fun places to go. Right on main there is a beautiful park and Zane Gray Museum as well as cute antique shops. A copy of Rim Country Visitors Guide in the house would be ideal. Summer 2023. Thanks again.
This was our favorite VRBO so far!!! Love the amenities, location, cleanliness, and friendliness of the host!

Nicely decorated but DIRTY
The host never sent the check info, I had to message her twice. The house it self is very well decorated, but it was not clean. There were spider webs throught the house (inside and out). There was pet hair and human hair on the bed sheets. The back yard was full of dead leaves and dirt, like it had not been cleaned in a while, and again spider webs all over. The kitchen was equipped with the basic stuff. The fridge was not in working condition, it was cool at the lowest setting. The water for the shower could not be adjusted. It was extremely hot for showers. The washer and dryer are located outside. We contacted VRBO for a refund of the cleaning fee, which was denied by the host. Just a bad experience over all with the host, the property it self was nice but not clean.
My husband and I were looking for a getaway from the city and some rest from our family’s busy schedule. This house, while small on the inside, provided abundant outdoor seating and spaces to enjoy - sunny when the cool morning called for it and shady when the afternoon sun rolled in. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after enjoying dinner at one of the local eateries. We will be booking here again!

Profane grill is not working other than 1 burner that barely came on. There was no ice or ice trays
Cute little spot to get away from life in the middle of the week. Enjoyed it very much to relax. The neighbors to the east were awesome. Had some car troubles and they helped.
We had everything we needed and stayed 4 nights to celebrate our 30th anniversary. This cute little cabin was cozy and clean. We really appreciated the owner's response time and help when we had a small issue. The hot tub was amazing. Thank you.
We have no complaints about the property itself. Also there were no problems with neighbors.
However the property next door to the east is very poorly maintained. There were several cars and car parts strewn all over the front yard and the property itself looks run down. Also the police showed up to the property one evening during our stay. That does not make one feel very safe. But again we had no interaction with those neighbors.
