This 150 m² house can accommodate 8 people. It includes 2 living rooms with open kitchen, 4 bedrooms (160 x 200 beds), 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets. The construction was completed in 2020 on a private peninsula of 3.5 hectares.
A large pergola houses the 90 m² terrace, offering a real extra room in direct communion with nature.
The view is magnificent over Klima Bay, and 50 metres in front of the house, a gentle slope leads to the private beach.
Peace, wild nature, private beach, thousand-year-old olive grove, and high level of service and service.
A couple of caretakers are in charge of maintaining the property. He will meet you at the airport or port and will be at your disposal during your stay.
Sailing, diving, snorkelling, trekking, visiting historical sites, etc..., and even climbing are possible on the island.
