I emphasize we would stay here again. The villa is great for large group, with kids or elderly (mom stayed in first floor whole time), kids had own rooms with TV AC and loved the pool when stayed in. 4 bathrooms!! and plenty of spaces to hang out all together. Location is great close to long beach and the center but very partial water view. Decor is modern lots of tile and everything looks good overall - but not traditional Greek. Kostas is responsive & accommodating to needs (Pool lights needed changing and 1 toilet kept sticking).PROBLEMS: poor communication through VRBO. NOVASOL hosts and you have to get on their website and search for your reservation or you will never get a response or kostas local phone number. I was distraught for months with no one responding. Owner non-existent.Pool was clean and Kostas purposely under chlorinates due to initial guest complaints but NO hint of chlorine...a little more would be reassuring of proper sanitation. Superficial cleaningness, requiring us to have to sweep & Clorox wipe toilets, showers & counters. Not sure of Greek standard but could have been tons more thorough - but nothing egregious. Balcony porch door operation is tricky and most electronics are not intuitive everything requiring a learning curve. Excessive light switches with confusing orientation and layout that should be labeled. Lack of amenities like trash bags, paper towels, coffee, orgames surprising. No dedicated parking but public within 5 min walk.
