Plan your next family skication here at this comfortable, mountain view condo located right next to Killington! Walk to the lifts for exciting days on the slopes, or stay close to come to enjoy the incredible array of on-site amenities including gas grills and sports courts.
Inside this casual, third-floor getaway, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen to help you whip up everyone's favorite recipes. Dine together at the table for four, break out some board games, and then kick back and channel surf in the living area.
THINGS TO KNOW
This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 3 on May 13, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time).
Both elevators in Building 3 will be down due to maintenance from November 6, 2023, until November 9, 2023, from 7 a.m. through 5 p.m.
Mountain Green Amenities: Amenities will be closed until further notice. The shuttle bus will only run on weekends and holidays this winter season! The amenities are managed and controlled by the Mountain Green property management team. Please visit the Mountain Green Resort website to get up-to-date status on amenities by clicking the 'Today's Amenities Schedule' link on the home page. The restaurant is closed for the summer season but will re-open for the winter season.
4WD is recommended, especially in snowy and/or icy conditions.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Located throughout the building, not in the home.
Ski shuttle details: MGCA shuttle bus ONLY runs on weekends and holidays during the winter season. Shuttle bus stop in front of the building.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
