Why they chose this property
This is a very quiet neighborhood which is home to mostly retired Winter Texans and Hispanic families. During the day you will see people driving in golf carts (as there is a golf course) and jogging along the neighborhood trails. There is a BBQ and community pool at the center of the neighborhood unfortunately it is only available for HOA residents. Pharr plantation is a gated community and is patrolled 24/7 by security guards. At entrance you are required to provide I.D. And address of property you will be visiting making it safe for all residents inside the community.
