Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
* Check-Out is at 12pm. Any Guest that stays past 12pm will be automatically charged the next night stay at listing's full price.
* No Pets. If any pets are seen on premises, there will be a $300 fee.
* No Smoking or vaping inside the townhome. Smoking of any kind inside the town-home will result in a $350 fine.

Why they chose this property

This is a very quiet neighborhood which is home to mostly retired Winter Texans and Hispanic families. During the day you will see people driving in golf carts (as there is a golf course) and jogging along the neighborhood trails. There is a BBQ and community pool at the center of the neighborhood unfortunately it is only available for HOA residents. Pharr plantation is a gated community and is patrolled 24/7 by security guards. At entrance you are required to provide I.D. And address of property you will be visiting making it safe for all residents inside the community.
