Love the house! Perfect for family and kids. Loved everything about it. We did not mind the stairs at all but it is styled like a row house so if you can't do stairs don't rent.

We loved staying here! Easy beach access. The house was wonderful, and we loved sitting outside on the deck. Do prepared to go up and down lots of stairs!

Perfect family vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at Merry Mermaid. This was the first time our entire immediate family had stayed under the same roof in quite some time. The house was just as described in the listing and very close to the beach. I would absolutely rent here again.

Nice Home Great Location

Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for all of us. There are a lot of stairs though, so I would not recommend this home for anyone with mobility issues.

It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and in the perfect location. I wouldn't hesitate to book this home again. Thank you!

Spring Break Fam Vaca

This VRBO was perfect for our family of four adults and one Pug. Everything was perfect, and the $250 credit to get beach things made our beach visits just right. My son also enjoyed riding the bike.

Fantastic house walking distance to beach

We loved the convenience of this wonderful home. We walked to the beach daily, just a short stroll. Spacious home with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. This is not your home if you can't walk stairs. Also the main level is on the third level. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family time.

House was great and good location for access to beach. Couple small issues that were handled quickly by Coastline. Is listed as a 5 BR which is a little off. There are 4 bedrooms and a hallway to master suite with 2 small bunks.

Great location!

Our family of eight enjoyed our stay at Merry Mermaid this past week! The beds are comfortable, the house is clean, and the outdoor shower is a real bonus! Kitchen is well stocked and everything seems to work well. It is a very short, easy walk to the beach (walkway just outside the back door) and also to the community pool (directly behind the house). The only thing that could make this house better is an elevator--the stairs between the three floors were quite difficult for my 84 year old mother to navigate.

Merry Mermaid

The house was beautiful with great views and just steps away from the gulf. The common area was a little small for nine people. We loved the swing on the top deck, but with high winds on Thursday and Friday it was slamming into the deck. We had to secure it with string. A lot of construction going on around us. All in all we enjoyed our trip with family!

Great beach house

This was a great beach house. It was close to the beach but also close to the pool. Both the pool and the beach were never crowded. The house was great. There is a lot of stairs. We love being able to bring our dogs. The rental company was very helpful. Only issue we had was that the kitchen table and chairs were not a great choice for a rental house. The table did seat all us but the chairs were very wobbly and the table had paint chipping off. Overall a great experience! We would come again.
