The ground floor of this 3-story home makes the most of the beautiful Florida weather and Gulf-front location. Fire up the grill for a barbecue lunch at the picnic table or traipse down the boardwalk for a day of fun at the beach—the outdoor shower easily rinses off sand and salt afterward.
Hop in the elevator or take the stairs to the first level, where a peaceful guest bedroom with 1 king bed and a family-friendly bunk room with 2 twin-over-full beds await.
