Large home in a great location. Easy walk to hospital, waterfront, and great restaurants/barsClean, comfortable beds. Very responsive host who fixed any minor issues right away.
We were group of three and enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was very straightforward, location gave good access to downtown restaurants. House is clean and well fitted, we cooked dinner one night We would stay again.
We had a great stay. The property was well equipped and accurately described. Communication, checking and access a short walk to downtown were all excellent. We would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Hosts were super communicative and the place was lovely and welcoming. Comfy beds. Lots of essentials and close walking distance to the downtown activities. I highly recommend this home for a family stay. Loads of room for everyone.
We loved that we could walk to the harbor front and avoid the parking fiasco during a fun weekend of food festival and gorgeous weather (so everyone was out!). We also walked to the local bakery and to grab a quick bite. Loved the parking for our rental car. Beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked for cooking, coffee etc.
Great location, friendly management, comfortable and warm. Note that the bathroom is not on the same level as the bedrooms, so may be a problem with young children and the elderly. Would happily return for another visit.
Beautiful historic townhouse in Halifax within walking distance to downtown waterfront, restaurants and several parks. Hosts were available if we needed anything or had any questions. Would stay there again if available on our next trip to Halifax.
We were amazed by how clean the place was! This place felt very homie in a quiet area of town but very central. The hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with, they gave good recommendations and checked in on us via messenger during our stay! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. There was more than enough linen provided (beddings, towels, etc..) and the house was filled with everyday items (kitchen supply, bathroom supply, first aid kit, etc..). Would definitely stay here again!
My husband and I spent 3 weeks here with our 3 young kids on vacation. It was *fantastic*. I dare anyone to find a better location in Halifax! It is just perfect -- right across the road from the Commons, the Citadel, the Emera Oval (which the kids adored), a great skate park. Walking distance to absolutely everything -- the waterfront, the ferry terminal, downtown, almost any museum or gallery you'd want to see, great restaurants and cafes.. It's a short and easy bus-ride to the Hydrostone and the Pier. We did not rent a car and literally never took a single taxi/uber in 3 weeks. We walked and took the city bus everywhere! The home itself is *way* nicer than the pictures on the listing! I was kind of bracing myself for a pretty run-down place but it is so lovely and charming and way more spacious than the pictures made it appear! The neighborhood is also amazing. Again, the photos just do not do it justice. It's a simply gorgeous tree-lined streets with beautiful, colorful historic homes. The hosts are incredibly kind, helpful, and generous. (Thank you, Kevin, for everything!) I obviously could rant and rave endlessly about how much I loved this place but, suffice it to say, we will be back!
The townhome is very well equipped and ideally situated for exploring downtown Halifax. We hardly used the car during our stay as everything we wanted to see and do in Halifax was in easy walking distance. Kevin and Catherine are very attentive hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended and definitely on our list for a return visit in the future (hopefully with no hurricane).
Nice place, close to the waterfront of Halifax 20 minutes walk

Great spot to stay and explore Halifax. Right next to the Citadel and an interesting neighborhood with possibly the best restaurant in Halifax (Edna). LF Bakery is one block away.
