The view and location is great! The furnishings and the house - not so great. One of the sofas was broke, the kitchen is not well equipped, and the laundry is located in the primary bedroom. The floors felt uneven and the primary bedroom felt like we were sleeping on the floor. The deck chairs were bleh and the grill provided is a tiny charcoal grill. Just feels like the property could use some real, serious TLC. If you’re looking for a quick stay it’s okay. Wouldn’t recommend for more than a couple days.

Short Break

Island Pearl was just as described as more. Truly steps from the beach. We could just walk out ,enjoy the beach sunsets and dolphin watch. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

If you need a little break from the beach, you are seconds away from the AC, and when you are ready to go back, it’s literally right in front of you. Everything in the house was perfect. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids, and they really enjoyed playing the assortment of board and card games.Not our first time to St. George, but it was our first time staying right on the beach. Would recommend this house to anyone, and we will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway!

We booked this property for a few days in March because we were working nearby in South Georgia. What a treat! The owner, managing agency and staff were so nice and communicated well. The house was right on the beach and very quiet neighborhood. House was immaculately clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay so much and would rent this place again.

Retirement travels

A few steps and you are on the beach! Go to bed listening to the waves and wake up every morning to that ocean view. Lovely little home it is just a short drive to restaurants and bars. The island is incredible! My only suggestion would be to invest in better bed linens. We will definitely return to the beautiful Island Pearl.
