Features include; 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large sundeck overlooking the beach and more. NO PETS. Amenities: Cable TV, VCR, Dishwasher, Microwave, Grill, Fish Cleaning Sink, Outside Shower and more.

Our rates are some of the most competitive on the island, for which we provide nice beach homes for an affordable price. All of our beach homes have televisions with cable and DVD/VCR's. Perfect getaway!

We booked this property for a few days in March because we were working nearby in South Georgia. What a treat! The owner, managing agency and staff were so nice and communicated well. The house was right on the beach and very quiet neighborhood. House was immaculately clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay so much and would rent this place again.

Short Break

Island Pearl was just as described as more. Truly steps from the beach. We could just walk out ,enjoy the beach sunsets and dolphin watch. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

The kitchen could use a few more unbreakable kid friendly dishes but had a good supply of pots for steaming shrimp. A handrail would have been helpful for entry steps. The outside shower was great! Retirement travels

A few steps and you are on the beach! Go to bed listening to the waves and wake up every morning to that ocean view. Lovely little home it is just a short drive to restaurants and bars. The island is incredible! My only suggestion would be to invest in better bed linens. We will definitely return to the beautiful Island Pearl.

The property location is great! The house layout is great. The furniture is great. Beachfront!! 2 issues that need to be addressed for the amount of rent charged. #1 The rugs are dirty and desperately need to be replaced. It is on the beach and shoukd be replaced annually! YUCK. #2 The deck furniture is plastic and all cracked/broken. Only 2 chairs useable. Again, for the rent charged these items should be fixed.

The views from the house are amazing, and the beach was quiet and relaxing. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the deck.If you rent this home bring everything you can think to bring. There were no hairdryers, laundry soap, coffee filters, salt and pepper, etc. But it's worth bringing the few extras to enjoy this beauty!

Reviewer Comments: Yes, this house looks a little rundown from the outside BUT it was perfect for me and my husband for the week. We only went into the house to sleep and eat mainly. The beach is so convenient. The only recommendation I would suggest is to get some good outdoor furniture. Something high enough to see over the rails. There was one flimsy plastic chair that broke while my husband was sitting in it. We had a wonderful stay other than that haha. I wish I was back there now:(
