All new 2024 renovation! This fantastic cottage is nestled right in the dunes and is the perfect family getaway. Features include; 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, all new furnishings, flat panel TVs, vaulted ceilings, private boardwalk, large open porch and much more. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. Amenities: Cable TV/DVD, Stereo/CD, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Grill, Outside Shower and more. **For security purposes, this property uses an exterior surveillance camera located at the front entrance.
