What an amazing property! The condo was beautiful and filled with everything you could want. The kitchen had everything we needed, they had many beach chairs, wagon and coolers. The grounds are in immaculate shape and so close to a nice beach! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Ko Olina!

We stay at Ko Olina Villas every year, this was our first time renting with Brandy and Matt. The unit is very well maintained with beautiful ocean views and overlooking the lap pool. I enjoyed drinking my coffee and eating breakfast every morning on the balcony. Excellent communication with the owners and property manager. Highly recommend, we will definitely stay here again!

This was an amazing vacation spot to bring our kids! The property has two beautiful pools and is right on the beach. It's also only a short walk from the Aulani Disney resort which was fun to visit as well. The home itself is beautiful, clean and very well stocked. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, sand toys and snorkel gear. It also has convenient in home laundry which was great considering all the time we spent in the water. We would very happily stay here again!

This two bedroom suite was perfect for our large family. The beach is less than 100 yards from the lobby door and the two pools were both great in their own ways and the kids enjoyed feeding the fish pond. Would highly recommend to friends and family in fact we already have.

We had a delightful stay at Brandy & Matt’s condo. The spacious unit was clean and well-equipped with a full kitchen. The lanai offered a serene view of the tranquil pool and the distant beach. Initially, the second bedroom was advertised with two twin beds, but the hosts kindly accommodated our request and switched it out with a king bed. The unit also came with a washer-dryer, which was a convenient feature for extended stays. However, we encountered some issues with the dryer. I’m not certain if it’s due to the humid Hawaiian climate, but the clothes didn’t dry completely. In the end, we hung most of the clothes and towels to dry. Just be mindful not to hang them outside on the lanai.While Ko Olina Beach Villas is a great base, you don’t necessarily need to venture far. However, Kapolei, just a 10-minute drive away, offers more grocery stores and shops.The resort features a quiet pool for adults and a family-friendly main pool. The main pool is particularly kid-friendly, with a maximum depth of 3 feet. There’s also a beach-like pool with a maximum depth of 1.5 feet and sand for the kids to play in.Beyond the pool area, you’ll find an incredible beach that’s also suitable for children. The waves are gentle due to the lagoon’s location, providing ample shade to protect against the sun’s rays. The unit was thoughtfully stocked with essentials for a beach day.Overall, Ko Olina Beach Villas is a great choice for a kid-friendly getaway.

10/10 recommend!!! We will for sure rebook here next time we come. My husband and I agreed the location in Ko Olina is the best area to be in. We had our two boys ages 7 and 12 and they thought the condo was so great, loved the pools and the local lagoons are perfect for the kids. Every morning we would walk to Eggs & Things for breakfast and my kids were obsessed. Highly recommend. We really appreciated the beach chairs and wagon they provide to use during your stay. I read tons of reviews before booking anywhere because I like the places I stay to be clean, great location, and have plenty of room and this condo exceeded my expectations! The resort is also very nice and clean. If this unit is available for your trip, DONT HESITATE TO BOOK!
