What a Fantastic place, beyond Beautiful, the photos do not do this place justice. The Villa is Stunning, great views on all levels, the outdoor area is perfect. I will highly recommend this stunning Villa to everyone.

Major-league holiday!

We stayed as a group for a celebration and couldn’t have asked for anything more. It was MASSIVE and the photos don’t do it justice! Super clean and spacious. Definitely make the most of the villa as well as exploring the local area. I can’t thank the team enough for a great stay

Glorious residence!

Great for families with seperate floors for living Villa in a Safe area ! Near supermarkets. Owners great with early check in and storing bags Spacious and clean Pool is great and towels provided Beds really comfy All round a great base and place to stay for exploring. The villa was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a fabulous holiday. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool, games room and sauna. The villa was well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-appointed place to stay, and we'd all happily return in the future.

High-end vacation!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful villa for our Sten (stag & hen) do, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! From the moment we booked, Klaudija at the agency was incredibly helpful and made the whole booking process so easy. Towards the end of our stay, we were in contact with Ivana, who was also incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Both were fantastic to deal with and really helped make the whole experience stress-free. The villa itself was absolutely beautiful. Everything was incredibly clean, tidy and well looked after, with so much space for our group. It was perfect for a big group, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, spend time together and enjoy the weekend. A huge thank you to Ivana for being so helpful, we would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious and spotless place to stay with a larger group. We are already talking about coming back in the future!

Great stay!

Great house for a big group, and a pleasant, quiet location away from the crowds. The highlight of our visit was a cruise for the day - our boat picked us up near the house rather than in super busy Split.

Extraordinary journey!

We stayed as a family of 9, and had the most wonderful time. Klaudija at the agency, Ivana and Ante the owners were very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful, the pictures do't do it justice. There are a lot of stairs but there are rooms on the ground floor for family members who may not be as mobile. Nothing was too much trouble - Ivana and Ante have a taxi firm as well so picked us up at the airport which is only 10 minutes away. This does mean there are planes going over through the day, but it's a small price to pay for the location. The beach is only a 5 minute walk, there are bars and cafes within 10 minutes, and the bakery and supermarket are a few minutes up the hill. Very pleased with the house, the location and the support from the team, will definitely look to book with them again if we come to Croatia in the future.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

We just had a hen party here and everything was amazing, great host ante met us and explained everything. So spacious for a group of 15 of us. And the pool area was amazing!! Lovely little area near some bakery’s and cafes, only 25 minutes into split.

Perfect location near the beach and à lot of restaurants to choose from. And close to both Split and

We loved the house, plenty of space, gym and sauna with tabeltennis in the basement. Heated pool and barbecue in the garden.

A great villa for a large family group

An ideal house for a special family occasion for a large group (in our case 8 adults and 8 small children!). The accommodation and facilities were superb and the kids had a great time every day in the pool Ivana and Ante were great!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Absolutely perfect place that’s got everything you need. We came as a group of 13 (8 adults and 5 toddlers) and it was perfect - lots of communal space, big rooms, plenty of outdoor space and terraces/ balconies, a pool, a games room and sauna. There are beautiful beaches a 5min walk away too – and to top it off the hosts were so helpful and accommodating too. I couldn’t recommend more!

Extraordinary journey!

We had the best stay, the pool, games room and sauna was amazing. The accommodation itself was huge, two kitchen fully equipped, so much chilling space, inside and out also the great big beds. Would definitely recommend to stay here and my group will most definitely book again!

Stunning property! Everything you could ever need! Location is perfect everything you need within walking distance, super market, bars, restaurants, beach and split old town is just 20min cab journey. If you after a relaxing holiday this is your place! The place is huge!!! Would 100% book again!

The villa is large and so spacious. It was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, wonderful location and we would definitely visit again. There was an option to buy wine and beer in the basement. Sauna and games room/gym was also fabulous. Can’t speak highly enough
