Beautiful villa Anja with heated pool in Makarska, above the town in quiet location, with three bedrooms. This newly built villa, semi-detached house with sea view is located in a quiet slope above the town Makarska. The rooms are spread over two floors. There are three double bedrooms with private bathroom, each room is equipped with TV / SAT. The spacious living area with open kitchen, nice terrace with heated pool and sea view, sunbathing, an outdoor shower and grill place. All rooms are air-conditioned, TV / SAT and internet connection, WiFi. After a day trip, you can enjoy the relaxation on the couch. There is a modern wall-mounted smart TV with satellite channels in the evening.-TV connection. At the dining table, which offers enough space for common meals, you enter the open cooking area. The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with all appliances for a comfortable self-service, including stove, microwave and dishwasher. The comfortable furnishing of the villa includes the wireless Internet access via WiFi, as well as air conditioning. A quiet slope above the town surrounded by many olive trees, ideal for a relaxing holiday. It is a semi-detached house that offers the full privacy.
