It was good. Accurate listing information. Stayed at Laketown several times and always a good area. Couldn’t find any pools that felt heated. Property owner seemed to have more rules once we arrived regarding only eating in the kitchen, reminders of no smoking, etc. which just for me (non smoker) and my 8 and 15 year olds weren’t concerns.

Hello - thank you for your stay! One of the five pools (main pool upper deck) is heated all year round, excluding hot summer months. If it was not heated, there may have been a short maintenance or cleaning of the pool. The house rules in the rental property are required by rental platforms, and the rules are posted on the online profile and at the property. These are general standard rules for all guests to make sure your stay and future guest’s stays are pleasant.

Very clean property and good ocean view

I will definitely plan to consider this property for my next visit and refer to my friends as well. Good location, clean property, beautiful ocean view. Elevator access is bit frustrating (something Laketown Wharf resort management team have to improve). Overall experience, I am happy with my stay.
