Vacation apartment in the Black Forest with swimming pool, sauna and WLAN

In the climatic health resort Schönwald, at an altitude of over 1000 m above sea level, we rent our modernly furnished apartment with balcony. The apartment is suitable for 2 people, it is on the first floor and has a wonderful view. Schönwald is one of the highest closed locations in Germany. The place is surrounded by meadows, pastures and forests. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find shops such as B. Bakers, butchers, restaurants and grocers as well as hiking trails, cross-country trails, indoor and outdoor pools. For skiing, sledding and snowboarding, 1 km of slopes are available. The winter sports area lies at an altitude of 991m to 1045m.
We offer a bright non-smoking apartment on 25 square meters with a balcony. It has a separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and an appealing living / bedroom with double bed, the apartment is rented without bed linen and towels. Free WiFi, television and free use of the swimming pool within the resort complete the offer. Use of the sauna is also possible for a fee. You need 1 euro pieces for the coin device.
Please pay the visitor's tax on site. It is 2.50 euros per night.
Washer and dryer are available as coin-operated devices in the common room, you need 50 cents to use them.
A laundry package (bed linen, sheets, towels, bath towels and dish towels) is available for a fee of EUR 12.00 per person, please order the laundry package after your booking. Payment is made upon arrival.
A garage (access Taunusstraße 19) can be booked for a fee of € 3.00 per day / night, depending on availability. A reservation is required, payment is due on arrival.
Arrival is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., please depart by 10:00 a.m. or by arrangement.

Erholung pur!

Vielen Dank für 5 wunderschöne Tage in einer kleinen aber feinen Ferienwohnung. Trotz 2 Tagen an denen das Wetter nicht ganz nach unseren Wünschen mit gespielt hat, konnten wir den Urlaub in der mit zur Wohnung gehörenden Sauna und dem Schwimmbad verbringen. Die Ferienwohnung und alles was dazu gehört war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet,einfach zum wohlfühlen. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe mit Frau Bannert war sehr harmonisch. Nochmals "Danke" für alles! Liebe Grüße Peter und Sibille Freuen

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist Modern eingerichtet. Viel Platz darf man nicht erwarten reicht aber aus. Haben viele Tagestouren gemacht so das wir dort fast nur geschlafen haben.

Die Wohnung ist klein, für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Die Möbel sind relativ neu und es sieht alles sehr gepflegt aus. Zudem ist es sehr sauber. Der kleine Balkon ist sehr angenehm um im Sommer abends noch draußen zu sitzen. Man kann die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter empfehlen.

Würde ich wieder buchen :)

Die Wohnung ist wie erwartet ziemlich klein, aber nicht minder gemütlich. Genau das richtige für einen Kurzurlaub zu zweit. Die Kommunikation im voraus über fewo-direkt war sehr angenehm und die Wegbeschreibung sehr präzise. Noch besser war die Kommunikation mit Frau Baier vor Ort - nämlich sehr unkompliziert. Sie stellte sich auf unsere Bedürfnisse von Ankunft und Abreise ein und war immer für Fragen erreichbar. Einfach eine super liebe und aufgestellte Person.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Kommen gerne wieder! Toll wäre noch ausdrücklich hinzuweisen, welche Wohnung einen direkten Zugang zum Schwimmbad hat.

Un lloc i un apartament molt recomanable

Cap problema per posar-se en contacte amb els propietaris. La seva representant molt amable i ens va donar totes les explicacions i ens va facilitar les coses. El lloc molt bonic al cor de la Selva Negra, prop de tot arreu i que ens va permetre fer excursions per tota la zona. L'apartament molt tranquil. Es podia escoltar el silenci. Apartament molt net. Petit però molt ben equipat per a dues persones i ple de detalls. Molt recomanable com a punt de partida per visitar la Selva Negra

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Schoenwald im Schwarzwald

Vielen Dank für die schöne Wohnung für den Urlaub. Die Wohnung hat alles, was der Reisende braucht. Alle Geräte sind neu und funktioniert gut. Die Möbel sind neu und sehr komfortabel. Die Fenster und der Balkon blicken nach Osten, so dass auch die Hitze in der Wohnung kühl ist. Der Vermieter gab uns eine Gastkarte, die uns erlaubt, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kostenlos zu fahren. Die Wohnung hatte alle Informationen über die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Schwarzwald. In der Wohnung funktioniert das Internet. Vielen Dank an Frau Timm für einen schönen Urlaub. Wir planen im Winter. Unbedingt zu Ihnen. Огромное спасибо за прекрасную квартиру для отпуска. В квартире есть всё, что необходимо путешественнику. Всё оборудование новое и отлично работает. Мебель новая и очень удобная. Окна и балкон выходят на восток, поэтому даже в жару в квартире прохладно. Арендодатель дала нам карту гостя, которая позволила нам ездить на общественном транспорте бесплатно. В квартире была вся информация по достопримечательностям Шварцвальда. В квартире отлично работает Интернет. Большое спасибо госпоже Петре Тимм за прекрасно проведенный отпуск. Планируем приехать зимой. Обязательно к Вам.

Clean, quiet, a few issues

One of 20 airbnb’s or vrbo’s we stayed at on this trip. Clean and modern and the complex was almost empty. Good restaurant nearby..... but overall This one was weird. Hidden in the amenities section is a fee for sheets and towels. Have never encountered this. Plus a cleaning fee and deposit. Had to communicate with at least 3 different girls via text to arrive and depart. They sort of expect You to arrive and leave at precisely at a pre arrranged time yet don’t mention the road construction detour that add’s about 45 minutes onto drive. Then one of them texts and wants to know exactly when we are leaving so she can meet us there to inspect and make sure it is clean and undamagged? Once again, unique to this place, I mean, I am on vacation,,,I will leave when I feel like it as long as it is before check out time. Plus clean? You charged me a 50?, 60?, 80? Euro cleaning fee????? So some girl I never even met shows up, I had washed 2 cereal bowls and was letting them air dry in the dish drying thing and I think she said like,,,”oh, totally unacceptable or this will not do”. She had to call some other girl,,talked excitedly in German, and finally said “you may go now”. Like i was under house arrrest or something. I can’t remember it certainly made me feel like why did I clean up even after i Paid a cleaning fee. But I want to say great things about the girl who checked us in,,,the next day I locked us out and she zipped over with a key. Thank you!! I wasn’t even going to write review but ou of the blue like weeks latter I get this email from Vrbo telling me to leave a review so,,,plus the ad said something bout the little town having a semi famous spa but it turned out to be under construction or repair,,,I think that is why the complex was so quiet. Decent place for the Black Forest if you want small town environment.

Die Ferienwohnung können wir vorbehaltlos und mit vollster Überzeugung weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem Topzustand und man merkt im Detail, dass es den Besitzern sehr wichtig, damit der Gast sich wohlfühlen kann. Wir haben die Tage genossen. Es war sehr schön. Klein aber gemütlich

Wir verbrachten Silvester 2017 in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung im verschneiten Schönwald. Die Wohnung war neu renoviert, wir waren erst die zweiten Mieter. Alles war sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man für das tägliche Leben benötigt. Beim Platzangebot mussten wir teilweise etwas improvisieren, was aber kein größeres Problem darstellte. Ich kann die Wohnung ohne Weiteres weiterempfehlen!!!
