The Derby House - Relaxing retreat before and after the excitement of the Derby!

THE DERBY HOUSE is everything you need for your visit to Louisville!

You and your guests get to enjoy the entire house to yourselves.
The house is beautifully decorated for a relaxing retreat before and after the excitement of the racetrack or bourbon tours.

This 1600 Sq. Ft. single level home has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a garden tub, washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, free off street parking and keyless entry.

The kitchen overlooks the family room, so everyone is included in the fun and conversation. It has high vaulted ceilings with pendant lights over the counters.
The appliances are all stainless steel GE Profile: Stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with everything you need from utensils, dishes, glasses, coffee pot, bakeware, towels and more.

Just off of the kitchen is the dining area, which seats 4 at a high top table with views into both the kitchen and family room.

The large family is perfect for gathering to plan your Derby festivities or just chill and watch tv after a full day of activities. It has vaulted ceilings with a gas fireplace, ceiling fan, leather couch, 42" TV, glass coffee/end tables.

The large master bedroom has a beautiful queen size 4 poster mahogany bed, 32" TV, ceiling fan, 2 night stands and a chest of drawers.

Just off of the master bedroom is the huge master bathroom with a beautiful garden tub/window, a separate walk in tiled shower, double vanities in granite, plenty of lighting for the girls applying makeup, ceiling exhaust/heater fan, toilet and linen closet, stocked with towels, and toiletries.

The spare bathroom has a single vanity in granite, toilet, full shower, and a ceiling exhaust/heater fan.

Guest bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, closet and a bay window

Guest bedroom 2 has a twin bed, closet and makeup vanity table.

The laundry room just off of the kitchen has a washer and dryer, along with detergent, fabric sheets and bleach.
Guest access
You will be able to access the entire house, except the Master closet, which is locked and off limits to guests.

Ring Doorbell is located on the front door with continuous monitoring.

The house was beautiful and just as advertised. The location was near everything we had planned to see and do. The mattresses were very firm and the water pressure was amazing in the shower. My only regret is not having time to soak in the tub.

Great neighborhood!

The Derby house was perfect for our stay. Close enough to the Kentucky Expo, but far enough to get that safe community neighborhood feel, away from downtown! Home was clean, quiet, and enjoyed the spacious soaking tub in the Master Bedroom. Will definitely book again!

This property was just as pictured. It was very clean and included ample towels and other amenities. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Easy access to restaurants and downtown Louisville. I definitely recommend it

2Moms 2volleyball players, we really enjoyed the house. Quiet and relaxing (we really needed that) pizza delivery was a breeze. Everything we could have needed was there. Location was easy and convenient about 15 minutes with low traffic to Expo Center. We will consider again for next year.

This place is immaculately clean. Ive never seen anywhere this clean. We didnt cook anything involved but the kitchen appeared well stocked. The home is in a quiet nice neighborhood, close to stores, and only 15-20 to the airport. We had a couple of small issues that were attended to swiftly!! Communication was excellent. I thpuroughly enjoyed a long sosk in the master bath and also appreciated thick towels! The pictures are accurate in general but dont show the very high ceilings . Great house! Great owner!
