Nice home. Very friendly hosts. Everything in the home in new for the most part. The only issue we had with the property is the 3 bedroom listing. It has 2 nice bedrooms on the upper floor. However, the "3rd bedeoom" is a small room in the corner of the basement. There is NO walkout, NO egress window, not even a smoke detector. This home really needs to be listed as a 2 bedroom. My children wouldnt even sleep down there, they slept on the livingroom couch which was pretty comfortable. If I would have known it was a 2 bedroom home, I wouldnt have stayed here. It was specifically in my trip guidelines.
