Beautiful family house in a traditional Norman style (thatched roof, exposed beams) with very nice amenities. Located 5km from the beach of Deauville in a private enclosed domain on the heights of Touques, with access to two tennis courts in the residence (rackets and balls not provided).

Lots of space, no vis-à-vis and large garden with trees, very flowery in the summer. Ideal for a quiet stay with family or friends.

The accommodation
House of 280m2 on two floors composed of three wings with:

On the ground floor:
- a warm cathedral living room with a dining area (12 covers) and a large fireplace
- a large and very well equipped convivial kitchen (American fridge, indoor barbecue overlooking the kitchen and the veranda, 2 ovens, small appliances, etc.), dining room in a beautiful adjoining veranda (12 seats), laundry room with washing machine and dryer (12 covers) and guest shower room
- a studio with a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchenette

On the ground floor:
- a master suite with a small balcony overlooking the garden, with its bathroom
- a bedroom for a couple and a child, with its bathroom
- a small bedroom for two people, with its bathroom
- a TV lounge on the mezzanine with a sofa bed for two people
- an office space

Each of the 4 bedrooms is associated with an en-suite bathroom.

Passenger access
It is essential to come with a vehicle. Possibility to park several cars in the garden.

10 minutes drive from the boards of Deauville. Lots of activities within 15 minutes by car (golf, horse riding, go-karting, quad biking, paintball, tree climbing, bowling, etc.).
Rental 2 nights minimum on weekends, 3 nights for long weekends and 5 nights for school holidays.
