Lovely House, lovely person.

Nice big airy house, plenty of room, everything in it that we needed for a very comfortable stay. Astrid is a very nice woman and made us feel welcome from booking to departure. Will definatley stay with her again the next time we visit the area. Thanks Astrid.

Lovely days in Arnsberg

My friend and I have had a lovely stay in the appartment. We have made some nice walks starting from Arnsberg. The supermarket is indeed around the corner, which is very easy. The only thing we missed was a place to sit outside. But for the rest, it was perfect!

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und problemlos. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Lidl, Edeka, Bäcker. Die Alt- und Neustadt sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich nebenan, Rewe (bis 24:00 Uhr geöffnet!), Lidl sowie ein gut sortierter Getränkemarkt. Die Altstadt liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Die Parkplatzsituation ist zufriedenstellend, es gibt zwar an der Straße nur wenige legale Parkmöglichkeiten, jedoch besteht die Möglichkeit einen Behördenparkplatz zu nutzen, der gleich nebenan liegt.Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und informiert zum Beispiel vorab mit einer Anreiseempfehlung, weil eine Straße wegen einer Baustelle gesperrt ist.Fazit:Absolut empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung mit freundlichen Vermietern, die man ruhigen Gewissens buchen kann, wenn ein (Kurz-) Urlaub im schönen Arnsberg geplant wird.

Alles da was man braucht. Genügend Stauraum, dank div. Schränken.Grundausstattung an Spüli, Seife, Tabs, Spüllappen,Geschirrhandtücher, WC-Papier vorhanden. Großes Plus: Bettwäsche und Badehandtücher sind im Mietpreis enthalten und müssen nicht extra gebucht werden. Sehr netter Vermeieter

Entspannter Kurzurlaub in gemütlicher FeWo

Für drei Tage waren wir zu Gast in dieser gemütlichen, hervorragend ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Günstige Lage um von dort das Sauerland zu erkunden, aber auch kleinere Städte wie das malerische Soest, oder aber die Großstadt Dortmund sind schnell zu erreichen, die Altstadt von Arnsberg kann man in 15 min zu Fuß erreichen. Supermärkte sind in 250 m Entfernung fußläufig erreichbar. Zudem ein Wort des ausdrücklichen Lobes an die nette Vermieterin, welche uns herzlich begrüßt hat und uns diverse Tipps und Hinweise für einen kurzweiligen Aufenthalt mitgegeben hat. Ergo: Sehr empfehlenswert !

Gute Unterkunft

Zuvorkommende Gastgeber, Lage günstig für die An- und Abreise mit dem ÖPNV sowie Einkäufe, aber auch Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe, liegt an einer befahrenen Straße, welche man innen nicht als störend empfindet. Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Wir haben uns in der geräumigen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche und auch allgemein war alles da was man braucht. Sogar Flyer mit Ausflugstips usw. vorhanden. Die Lage ist optimal: am Ruhrtalradweg, Bahnhof nicht weit, Einkaufen "um die Ecke". Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, Kommunikation klappte super! Was will man mehr...

Alles war bestens!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und die Wohnung war einfach super. Es gab alles, was man benötigte. Wir haben in den bequemen Betten prima geschlafen. Es war sehr ruhig und die Wohnung dennoch optimal gelegen. Unsere Motorräder durften wir auf dem Hof parken. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Schöne lage für das aufstocken der vorräte.

Die unterkunft ist gut eingerichtet. In der küche ist alles was benötigt wird. Rewe und lidl in unmittelbarer nähe. Ein parkplatz war zu finden.

Eine runde Sache
