Stunning and sprawling southern colonial home great for family gatherings, reunions, or just hanging out with friends. Located on the tip of crane lake within Buckeye Lake.
Colonial on Crane is a stunningly built home by a cabinet maker, the carpentry and craftsmanship in the home is stunning. The home is 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths.
Second floor has a master with on-suite bath, and two additional bedrooms with jack/Jill bath and a half. Entry level has full bath, no bedrooms. Lower level has two additional bedrooms as well as a game room and poker room.
The master has an on-suite, kitchenette, and private second floor deck overlooking the water; a great place to enjoy hot coffee or hot cocoa in the morning.
Lower level game room has pool table, arcade game, dart board and poker table for raining days. Boat dock is available for your stay, the dock is across the street.
Per Ohio Administrative Code 3745.19 Regarding Outdoor Burning there is no open burning on our property.
All Short-Term Rentals in the Village of Buckeye Lake are governed under Ordinances #2022-56, #2023-27 and #2023-60.
