The house is large and lovely . Well appointed and so many nice features. Have never stayed at such a well equipped home - kitchen fully stocked with pots/pans/bowls ( except plates and forks!?) etc and expendables( dish soap, hand soap, paper towels etc. ) Many many nice amenities !Disadvantages: no main floor bedroom. Stairs to second floor are steep and no railing for most of it- major falling hazard ! Hot tub wasn’t clean. - very disappointing Suggestions for improvement - photos need to be provided for the 4th bedroom on 2nd floor for children.( attic type of room ) with small door. Nice location on an inlet. Would go back again if safety feature of railing is addressed

We appreciate the feedback. Just clarification for future guests; we have 20 plates and full dish sets (and are always available if something can't be located). This is a newer built home, steps and handrails comply with all local and state building codes. We do have current photos of the kids room and a description is in our listing (please check this out if traveling in a large group as this is a room off a room) and the hot tub was drained and refilled prior to this stay, our local city water is fed off of community wells- so it is high in iron and minerals. We are always available if there are questions/concerns and have no problem stopping out to the house to address anything you need.
