Welcome to our stunning 1930’s house in historic Summerville. The house is beautifully updated and features 3 bedrooms each with a full bath. The fourth bedroom boasts functional space for yoga, workouts, and/or a children’s playroom. A queen size murphy bed offers additional sleeping space, and serves as a suite in concert with the third bedroom/bathroom.

The cozy front porch and the grand foyer are very welcoming, and you will enjoy the comfortable living spaces including a living room and family room.
