This is a beautiful historic neighborhood of old townhouses. There is a beautiful view of a mature magnolia tree out front. Easy walks to Savannah squares, shops, and restaurants.

This property has all the beautiful historic charm with the modern amenities one would expect. It has a great outdoor space and dedicated parking which is rare downtown. It is close to all the action yet tucked away enough to enjoy a quiet nights sleep.
