This is a beautiful old townhouse conveniently located in the Savannah historic district. The owner was very responsive to questions and provided timely guidance. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. Our kids were quite taken with the vintage video game arcade! The living room was small but comfortable and the dining room seated all of us easily. The kitchen was large and well equipped. Two thermostats kept us comfortably cool in the hot Savannah summer. Parking was easy, both on premises and on the street. A great place!

This spot has a lot of charm. Worked great for our friend reunion with having an open feel on the main floor and two nice outdoor spots to hang out as well. The communication with Chris the host was always prompt and the place was very clean when we arrived.

This is a beautiful historic neighborhood of old townhouses. There is a beautiful view of a mature magnolia tree out front. Easy walks to Savannah squares, shops, and restaurants.
