Private swimming pool, high-end decor and uninterrupted view of the Loudun countryside: a stunning holiday destination. 1st floor living area: kitchen/lounge, bedroom with king-size bed, twin bedroom, bathroom with twin washbasins, corner bath and wet-room shower, separate WC. Outdoor kitchen with garden furniture and sun loungers by the swimming pool (May to October, no lifeguard on duty), 800m² landscaped garden. Sheets, household linen, cleaning and visitor tax included. Beautiful cedar of Lebanon tree listed as an 'Arbre Remarquable'. The perfect gîte for a golfing holiday: courses at the Domaine de Roiffé, Loudun and Fontevraud.
