Gîte Victor - SAINT-MARTIN-LA-PALLU

Spacious holiday rental for up to 15 people, 12 minutes from Futuroscope and the Arena. The Victor holiday rental is a restored 230 m² farmhouse that can accommodate up to 15 people, day or night. Ground floor: an entryway, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and pantry, and a bathroom. Upstairs: 5 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, and a bathroom. Outside: a large terrace, part of which is covered. 8x3.5-metre swimming pool (unheated) exclusive to the cottage from mid-May through September—from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.—with lounge chairs. Private cottage and outdoor area, enclosed property and parking. Site under video surveillance. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking cottage. Unfortunately, personal sound systems are no longer permitted. Speakers are available both outdoors and inside the cottage (Bluetooth). For your events, we offer an optional sound system package (sound and lighting).
