Quiet mountain house

The house is located at an altitude of 600 m in a small hamlet, close to the main road to Andorra.
Come and recharge your batteries and enjoy the many outdoor sports activities, in a quiet and relaxing environment, (hiking, mountain biking, water skiing, Nordic skiing :p lateau de Beille, downhill skiing: Bonascre but also the rich heritage of our region (caves of Bédeilhac, Niaux, Lombrives, Prehistory Park, castle of Foix...).

The accommodation
In a cosy and warm atmosphere, the house, with a surface area of 147 M2, is composed on the first floor: a living room, a dining room, an entrance, an equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, gas and electric hob...) a shower room and a separate toilet, upstairs: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Outside, you have an enclosed garden of 180 m2, a terrace, a cellar, a garage and a parking space.
