About this property

Nirvana is right on the beachfront at the beginning of Captiva Drive. The vacation house has a private, heated pool. This is a unique beachfront location on Captiva, where the shoreline of our tropical island curves. So the panoramic view is spectacular from your 120 feet of beach frontage! The area seems to abound with wildlife, especially the playful porpoise.

Nirvana has three bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, for up to 8 guests. The big porch overlooks the beach, so you can watch sunsets, dolphins, sea birds, and gentle waves. Let the sound of the gentle surf soothe you to sleep at night in tranquil Nirvana!

All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Path to beach could use some cleaning So nice chairs and umbrella available to use on beach New furnishings in home lovely but with removal carpet and larger rugs house echoes a lot Bug situation at front door coming home from dinner. Didn't happen every night but when it did happen so many nats on front door

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Freshly redone - very lovely. New appliances, new floors, etc. Well-stocked with quality kitchen equipment for those who want to cook. Great beaches for shelling (Turner and Blind Pass). You can walk across the bridge to Blind Pass. Management does a great job.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 4th Captiva beach home we've rented over the last 10 years. This was our favorite. Two gripes... the mattress in the master bedroom was completely broken down and had no box springs under it. Very surprising given the cost of this weekly rental. As good as the house was, the master bed was as equally bad. Also, the dishwasher did not wash dishes at all. We did call maintenance the last day of our rental just to make sure they were aware. All in all, this house is great. Just these two cheap fixes and we would have had zero complaints.

Reviewer Comments: We have used American Reality for a number of years.While it was an okay location, the pool was not clean and was not working properly and American Reality basically blamed us. For the kind of money spent I would not expect the pool problem or the response.
