At Western Moon, enjoy a private retreat in one of Tucson's historic neighborhoods, Blenman Elm. Our renovated home sleeps 8, with interior and exterior spaces curated to be warm and welcoming while focusing on the indoor/outdoor living and beautiful weather we're known for.
Play all day in the private pool, and enjoy evening BBQs in the backyard with outdoor dining, comfortable seating and string lights. Perfect for groups and families, we've designed this space with your enjoyment in mind.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house, along with a spacious living room and fully stocked kitchen. The home can easily accommodate a large group of friends, couples, or families. Cozy organic cotton bedding welcomes you at the end of the day.
The Main Bedroom has a queen bed, two stacked twin beds, with private attached en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed for sleeping two and a nearby second bathroom.
The living room can sleep another two on the sleeper sofa.
The main living room has a large slider door to enjoy indoor outdoor living during the cooler months. This also provides direct access to the pool with plenty of seating and lounging possible for everyone.
At the back of the house is the back patio with hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining, a charcoal grill, and string lights to provide ample lighting.
The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with essentials and more.

The home and property are entirely private and available for your use. There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house and the garage at the back of the house can park two cars. The garage is 6'5" in height.
Pool can be heated at your request. Heating fee may be applicable.

If an unauthorized event occurs, a $500 fee will be charged. No parties or events are allowed.
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
